The Brake Tool is used for the activation and deactivation of the electromechanic rear wheel parking brake for maintenance work like replacing brake pads. With the feature “Learning Brakes + Clear Faults” the brake system will be cleared automatically, the new brake pads are recognized by the system (only Audi A8).
