The USM 20128 is based on the proven technology of the previous device USM 2015. This means that even the smallest leaks in pipe systems such as air conditioners can be detect efficiently and quickly. Air, steam and gas leaks with diameters of up to 0.1 millimeters can be located easily. The device is supplied in a handy case with headphones.

Description
The advanced ultrasonic leak tester USM 20128 is a rugged battery-operated hand-held terminal. At the end of a long gooseneck sits a highly sensitive ultrasonic sensor that receives sound waves emitted precisely. Frequency changes due to leaks are shown on a LCD display - visually in the style of an analog device - visualized by a whipping pointer and additional digital display. Because a pointer deflection by the human eye is to capture much more easily than a jumping number display.
