The portable brake maintenance unit BW 1408 RoTWIN was developed for use with 5 liter original, commercial-type canisters of brake fluid. As an option, the BW 1408 RoTWIN is available with an integrated 6 liter refill tank (BW 1408 T RoTWIN, BW 1408 TA RoTWIN). The compact size makes it ideal for mobile use on the go. Both versions are available with and without pre-draining systems for the master cylinder.
This device has been equipped with the new RoTWIN technology, which uses a new double reciprocating piston pump to generate a significantly higher flow pressure to thoroughly vent and bleed brake lines to compensate for the pressure loss caused by internal control elements (brake assistants, etc.).
